How Idrak reads your file
This is your file, as it really is.
- 01
This is your file, as it really is.
One Pepsi, three spellings. Phone numbers in four shapes. Dates in Arabic digits, Hijri months and American order. Prices typed in fils. Excel doesn't see a problem — it just adds it all up.

Idrak reads it the way you would.
Arabic letters normalised, digits converted, phones in +962 format, fils turned into dinars. Every change has a reason, and every change can be undone.

Clean rows become a picture.
Once the data agrees with itself, the pattern shows: what sells, what sits, and what quietly costs you.

No dashboard to decode. Idrak tells you what it found, in dinars, and what to do next.
You're losing JD 420 a month on dead stock.
Idrak suggests: bundle the Nescafé with sugar, return the Tide to the supplier, and pause the Kinder reorder.
The problem, in numbers
Small shops run on data. Nobody has time to read it.
Most shops in Jordan already have a POS, an Excel sheet and a WhatsApp group with their suppliers. The data is there. It's just messy, scattered, and nobody is paid to look at it.

Questions
Things owners ask us.
Do I need to change my POS or accounting system?
No. Idrak works with the exports you already have — CSV or Excel from any POS, accounting software or a hand-kept sheet. Google Sheets links work too.
Does it really understand Arabic?
That's why we built it. Idrak normalises أ/إ/ا, ة/ه and ى/ي, reads Arabic-Indic digits and Hijri dates, and knows that بيبسي and Pepsi are the same can. The assistant understands Jordanian dialect.
What if Idrak gets a fix wrong?
Every change is shown before it's applied, with its reason. You can reject any fix or undo a whole run later. When you correct something, Idrak remembers it next time.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is kept separate and encrypted. The assistant reads it through a read-only connection and can only ever see your own business. We don't sell your data. Our privacy policy explains the details.
How long does it take to get started?
Most shops upload their first file and see their Health Score in under ten minutes. There's nothing to install.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes read-only and you can export everything you uploaded.
