Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between your business and Idrak when you use our website and service. We've tried to keep them short and readable.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
01Using Idrak
You must be authorised to act for the business that signs up. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe.
Don't use Idrak to break the law, to upload data you have no right to use, or to try to access other businesses' data.
02Free trial and plans
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, you'll need a paid plan to keep full access. Prices are listed in Jordanian dinars on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Yearly plans are paid in advance. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
03Your data
You own the data you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.
04Insights are guidance
Idrak's findings, forecasts and assistant answers are calculated from your data to help you decide. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Please check important decisions — especially on tax and e-invoicing — with a qualified professional.
05Availability
We work hard to keep Idrak running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may update features as the product develops.
06Liability
To the extent the law allows, Idrak is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
07Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after giving notice where reasonable.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
