About

It started with a mini-market's Excel file.

Idrak began in 2026 as a graduation project by three university students in Amman. We spent weeks with shop owners in Khalda, Sweifieh and Jabal Al-Hussein, and kept seeing the same thing: owners who knew their shops by heart, and files that knew nothing at all.

The same can of Pepsi was written three ways. Phone numbers came in four shapes. Prices were typed in fils on Monday and in dinars on Tuesday. Every tool we tried was built for English, for clean data and for companies with an analyst.

So we built the analyst. One that reads Arabic the way Jordanians write it, fixes the mess without hiding what it changed, and answers the only question an owner really has: where is my money going?

Our mission

Give every small business in the Arab world the analyst it can't afford — one that speaks its language and respects its time.

What we hold ourselves to

  • 01

    Arabic first, not Arabic too

We design in Arabic and translate to English — never the other way around.

  • 02

    Show the working

Every fix has a reason and an undo. Every answer shows the query behind it.

  • 03

    Every number in dinars

If we can't tell you what it costs in JD, we don't call it a finding.

  • 04

    Quiet software

Fewer notifications, fewer charts, more decisions. Your time is the scarce resource.
